Date from depiction of fort "La presentation" (see Add Ms 57,707.7.) which was renamed by the British in 1760.
Names "R. Toniata", "Les isles de Toniata" and "L'anglais" only. River Toniata is presumed to be present-day Jones Creek, a tributary of the Saint Lawrence River, near Grenadier Island.
Shows scale at lower centre, "ECHELLE DE 10 LIEUES" (10 previously read 20, corrected by a later hand?).
Oriented with north to the bottom of the map (?).
